One Month of Oohs and Aahs

Andrew turned one month old on June 19. It seems like he's growing right before our eyes. He has rolled from his back to his side and keeps his hands moving at all times.

Andrew has a lot of strength in his legs. He tries to climb over the shoulder of whoever is holding him and nearly stands if he's held upright. He's beginning to make cute baby sounds and is very alert when he's awake. He loves his bouncy seat (most of the time!) and really enjoys playtime with his daddy. He also gets a real kick out of pulling Mommy's hair!

The First Three Weeks

Andrew weighs 8 pounds and 2 ounces now and changes every day.

Friends & Family

Lots of our friends and family members came to visit us in the hospital and several more came after we got home. Most were concerned Andrew would be dressed all in pink!

Andrew was a great surprise. We've enjoyed every minute we've had with him so far. We're very proud to be the parents of a bouncing baby boy.

A Grand Introduction

Andrew was born on Friday, May 19. We expected him here on May 18 but after several anxious hours, he was delivered by c-section at 2:08 am.

Andrew weighed 6 pounds and 5 ounces and measured 20 inches at birth.

It took a couple of days for us to decide on a name for Andrew since we were expecting a little girl. We chose Andrew for no specific reason, but may shorten it to Drew one day. We prefer he not be called Andy. We chose Wilson because he's Will's son and also because it's Mommy's maiden name.
